  • Our balloons can last anywhere from several days to a week, depending on the environment and conditions. For outdoor events, we use high-quality balloons to withstand the elements, but weather can impact their longevity.

  • In sunny conditions, balloons can be more prone to popping. For outdoor events, we recommend minimizing adjustments to your balloon setup once it’s installed to help prevent any unexpected pops. If you’re unsure about the best setup, feel free to reach out for tips!

  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations after that period may incur a fee, as we start prepping the materials in advance.

  • No, we do not have a minimum order amount at this time.

  • Yes, we offer a Grab-n-Go option for pickup, which includes a pre-made garland you can easily install yourself. For custom designs and larger installations, I need to be on-site to ensure everything is set up perfectly, so those options require delivery and setup which are included in the cost.
